The service
The site offers educational pages and a way to request a funding-options review. Submitting a form is a request for contact. It is not an application for credit, insurance, a VA benefit, or a listing agreement.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or older. If you write on behalf of someone else, you are saying you have the right to share that person’s information with us for this purpose.
No professional relationship by browsing
Reading a page does not make us your attorney, tax preparer, insurance agent, mortgage broker, or VA representative. Partner introductions, if you ask for them, are with those people — not a transfer of their license to us.
Accuracy
VA rates, tax floors, and loan rules change. We dated the 2026 Aid & Attendance table and the August 2026 privacy notice on purpose. Confirm live figures with the agency or licensee who will sign the filing.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the forms, feed them automated junk, or use the site to break the law. We may ignore or delete submissions that look like that.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. We are not responsible for a benefit denial, a loan decline, a tax result, or a partner’s advice. If a court finds a part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays.
Tennessee law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Sumner County, Tennessee, are the venue for disputes that cannot be resolved directly.
